Other ways to help

Volunteering
Volunteering is an important part of the work of the National Osteoporosis Society. Without volunteers we would not be able to carry out the work we do in support of people across the UK who are affected by osteoporosis.

Support Groups
The National Osteoporosis Society has a network of Support Groups and volunteers around the UK. Support Groups are run by people who are affected by osteoporosis, for the benefit of people with the disease.
Our Support Groups are run by committees, consisting of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and local telephone contact. There are usually several other committee members who help in a variety of ways. Find out more about our Support Groups.
