The Really Naked Celebrity Calendar
Bruce Forsyth, Joanna Lumley, Joan Rivers, Sir Michael Parkinson, James Martin, Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson and a variety of other well known personalities have joined forces with us to create the Really Naked Calendar 2009.
Acclaimed English artist and x-ray photographer Nick Veasey created the unique images to increase awareness of osteoporosis and raise funds for the charity.
Nick’s distinctive x-ray images have received numerous awards and are exhibited in galleries around the world. His unique style is a fascinating fusion of science and art.
The Really Naked Calendar combines glamour, innovation and prestige with a silent disease whose prevalence and impact are often overlooked, yet enormously widespread.
This unique project has captured the imagination of the media and general public and in so doing is generating better awareness of this devastating disease.
