The National Osteoporosis Society is the only UK wide charity dedicated to improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and fragility fractures. Without early diagnosis and preventative action, osteoporosis can lead to multiple, disabling fractures. We want to change this and have recently launched our ambitious three year campaign “for a Breakfree future” to change the future for people with fragile bones.
