£10	will allow us to send our free 60-page book All about Osteoporosis to six people affected by the condition.
£25	means that a nurse with specialist knowledge of osteoporosis could answer a call for help and provide expert information to someone in need.
£50	will help train our nurses so they are up to date with scientific and medical information to give people coping with a fragility fracture the practical support they need to manage pain.
£100	helps to fund sessions for people recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, ensuring they have the information and tools they need to manage their condition.
