Registration Fees

Registration fees are payable strictly in advance of the Friday 22 June 2012 registration deadline. Please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. UK delegates may also request an invoice (to be paid by Friday 22 June 2012), but please note that we are unable to invoice overseas organisations. If you do not have access to the internet and require registration and accommodation forms to be posted to you, please call the National Osteoporosis Society Events Team on +44 (0)1761 473281.

Standard Rate

Standard rate registration fees are applicable for all categories of attendee other than those eligible for the concession rate (see below), including fully trained hospital doctors and GPs, academics (at or above the level of reader) and corporate delegates. Earlybird discounts are available for bookings until 13 April 2012. Fees without earlybird discounts will apply after 13 April 2012 and pre-registration closes on 22 June 2012. After this time registration will only be available onsite at the onsite registration rates. 

Concession Rate

Concession rate registration fees are available for trainee doctors (up to and including specialist registrar or GP registrar level), nurses, physiotherapists, radiographers/bone density technicians, other AHPs, students and academics (below the level of reader). Certification from your supervisor/head of department is required to qualify for student status. Provision of a GMC reference number will be required to qualify for trainee doctor status.
