I am concerend that I may get oesteoporosis. I have Hughes syndrome and have found that I still get symptoms when on Warfarin. I have managed to persuade the Haematologist to keep me on Clexane injections.

The problem is that one of the side effect of Clexane is oesteoporosis, as I am on a very high dose I don't know how long it will take, before I get it

The Doctor has put me on calcium Tablets, ADcl- D3 Twice a day, but I am not sure what else I can do to prevent this happening.

The effects of the Antiphospholipid syndrome (Hughes are awful and I am not sure which would be worse)
