Hello everybody,
Our strategic plan 2009 – 2013 is a crucial reference for the charity. Launched in January 2009, our existing plan has underpinned our decisions and direction.
We are currently reviewing the plan with a view to publishing a revised plan towards the end of 2012. To inform the choices we make, we are committed to better understanding:
• who we should exist to give support to
• what impact we can have upon their lives
• what we should do to achieve this.
To help us, we are gathering views from people whose lives are affected by fragility fractures - if you have suffered broken bones, have been diagnosed as being at risk (this includes a diagnosis of osteoporosis) or are caring for someone affected by fractures, please complete our online survey.
The survey will take less than five minutes to complete and is open until midnight on Monday 2 April. Your views will play a vital role in determining the direction that the charity will take in the coming five years.
