Am power walking the London 10k, end of May. last year I did it in 1hour 40 minds, needless to say Paula Radcliffe and Mo were finished before we all started! But hey in good company. I raised money for our local support OP group, and will do the same this year. anyone care to join me? A great race, lots to see, as you go along the embankment , and round, ending up along the Mall. Yikes you walk fast! it would take me 3 hours and 40 mins...but if there is a class of 'slow walkers' I'd be up for it.
Nice day out!
