Hiya Jilly,
Yes, just a few days ago, going at the end of November with my dumb bells. My muscles are increasing slowly. Just need to increase them in and around the spine again.

Lynne,
I feel we need expert advice after all it affects our daily lives, therefore we need help. How does one know what is the right sort of exercise unless helped? Its all well and good looking on the internet however how to do the exercises with the right posture could inadvertently damage other areas.
Id keep pestering, I did and am getting somewhere now. We need to be heard.

| I too have trouble sitting for long periods but use a gym ball to sit on when watching tv which the physio recommended to improve muscles. The only chair I find comfortable is from Ikea I think they are called Poang or something like that, a wooden frame shaped at back that bounce slightly when you sit on them, I couldn't survive without my Poang!! Hope you find something to suit you.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your advice about suitable chair. Ill take a look at their online choice, then go try them. Just things like simple seating make such a difference Im sure. Ive been trying to get comfortable, sitting, then lying down as Im suffering chronic pain all the time.
Gym ball sounds a good idea too.
Best wishes
