If you use Holland and Barrett don't forget that if you buy online you can also get nectar points, and there's no postage if you order over a certain amount. I've found delivery very swift. They've just introduced a loyalty card but I haven't investigated it yet. I presume this can be used in the high street stores.

A member of the National  Osteo. Foundation forum who lives in the UK recommended Bluebonnet  as a make of Mg glycinate. He said that it doesn't contain other forms of Mg to bulk it out,  so may be a better buy than the H & B which I buy.

Thanks everyone for the magnesium links.
Lynne, the Holland and Barret one upsets my tummy for some reason, hence looking for a 'purer' glycinate if I can get it.

And embarrassment time here I was so intent on looking for magnesium glycinate exactly, that I didn't look at the chelated magnesium brands (doh!).
So thanks Annabel and Lynne for the Bluebonnet link. I think that should do nicely.
