Does anyone else use a WII Fit  and/or  WII Sport?

I've recently bought them and find 'FIT' great for helping improve/regain my balance.  My husband (not osteoporosis and not recovering from surgery) is racing through the different games.   Having watched him with the penguins, I can't wait to be good enough to 'unlock' them.

If anyone cares to challenge me I'm game for a laugh if you are.

Hi

I have a Wii fit, I got it last xmas. I love it. I must admit though I havent been on much during the summer. I think the balance exercises are great and the yoga and muscle are really good as well.

I am looking for some more games which include the balance board.

Keep plodding on!! Good luck

Daphne

Please take care with balances.  Avoid the Tree position, possible damage to   knee and hip.  Modify where necessary.

Keep well.
