When you enter your Control Panel there is a link on the left hand side that says "Empty PM folders" - clicking that should do the trick. Let me know how you get on!

Glad you found it helpful. You seem to have left your Caps Lock on (which makes all the letter come out as capitals) - do you know how to turn it off?

| Please can you explain simply how you can change your "user name" but still use your exisitng email address..or do you have to get a new address too?I've tried to change my name but the system keeps saying the name /address are already registered...or something like that!

If you click 'Control Panel' and then 'Registration details', you can change your username. You need to make sure that you don't pick a username that is already taken, however.

I want to visit your site again and again but it provides only one time log in.
Is there any solution for this?
