I am considering using a nutritionist or going to one of Marilyn Glenvilles's clinics after reading her book on osteoporosis.

I would be intersted in hearing others experience. Is it really beneficial?

I too have often thought of going to a nutritional/alternative clinic such as the Hale or M. Glanville's and will wait to see if you get any replies. If my consultant was at all willing to discuss nutrition I wouldn't feel the need to (I'm quite a distance from London) but he isn't! If I'd been given any real help with diet, supplements and the exercise side of things after being diagnosed and not seen any improvement after a year (I seem to be luckier than some in being offered regular scans)  I might then be more prepared to give in and take the recommended medication.
