Delicious Lesley Waters recipes to build strong bones

You may have been lucky enough recently to visit one of the many tea parties our network of Local Support Groups held to celebrate World Osteoporosis Day. The Groups cooked up a storm, including some delicious cakes created by TV Chef Lesley Waters.

If you didn't manage to visit a Tea Party and fancy having a go at using the recipes, you can download them by clicking on the links below. Choose from a traditional Victoria Sponge, delicious Frangipane and Warm Honey Tart, mouth-watering Poppy Seed and Lemon Muffins or the Ultimate Strawberry Tart.

Remember that your bones need a range of nutrients so make sure you eat these treats as part of a healthy balanced diet.
